I have been looking for a while and (not counting expensive commercialware)
I have only seen NFS clients but not any servers.
If I'm wrong, please post the correction. I'd like to be wrong in this
case.
Hope this helps,

I don't know if you want to hear about commercial products, but if you do,
then I *highly* recommend NetManage's ChameleonNFS for NFS. Since day one of
using their product, I haven't had any problems with NFS (knock wood). With
all the other problems I've had with Chameleon, the NFS has worked prefectly.
(Of course, your mileage may vary.)
As for a good lpd, one comes with the latest version of Chameleon, but I don't
print across a network, so I don't know if it works at all.

Subject: SLIP troubles
Hello, there I seem to be having a difficulty getting SLIP running with WinSock
I have a script running which extracts my IP address from the SLIP server
successfully and then enters the SLIP mode but I seem to be getting 100% packet
loss with no error messages. W_PING won't work except to my machine's IP
address! I have tried changing the MTU RWIN MSS with no avail. I have also
tried using CSLIP compression but nothing seems to be working.
Are there any diagnostic utilities to find out what is going wrong? If anyone
else has had this same problem I would appreciate a response.
Thanks for any assistance!
Joel Kulesa
